We’re looking for someone with an operational background to work with our amazing training team and also design and deliver training and workshops.

  • Deliver training based on designed content that meets clients required outcomes
  • Develop relationships with existing and new clients
  • Be part of the design of training programmes and workshops
  • Schedule training into the  calendar

Full-Time Creative Digital Guru

 

We’re looking for a creatively unique creative guru with a can-do attitude to get things done! With a fun and personable approach to working with multiple brands in different industries.

 

What we need you to do…

 

  • Marketing new and existing content through both paid and organic methods, maximizing reach and increasing leads generated;
  • Running ad campaigns on various Social Media and advertising platforms;
  • Create outreach campaigns and leveraging new contacts to obtain links, mentions and other opportunities to reach new audiences;
  • Using Social Media profiles strategically to promote content and further grow audience size and engagement;
  • To be the central person orchestrating all the activity;
  • Pro-actively listens and works with key stakeholders to achieve objectives;
  • Build strong relationships and actively manage sponsored entities, drive discussions for furthering any win/win opportunity;
  • Create artwork for both online and offline content;
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative ideas for our clients;

  • Experience in online marketing;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Goal-driven personality with a strong desire to achieve;
  • Strong analytical skills and an experienced Excel user;
  • Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns;
  • Highly organized, and possessing effective coordination, time management and interpersonal skills;
  • Understanding of web and graphic design principles;
  • Great understanding of Google Analytics and AdWords;
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign;
  • Fluent in English;

Full-Time Customer Service Agent

 

Customer service representatives interact with customers. They provide information about products and services, take orders, respond to customer complaints, and process queries.

 

What we need you to do…

 

  • Work on shift basis;
  • Booking in and monitoring jobs;
  • Review all incoming jobs, checking for any problems (i.e. wrong service/missing details etc.);
  • Reviewing late jobs and ensuring they get completed;
  • Monitoring rejected jobs (jobs with reason ‘accepted by accident’ or ‘unable to make it in time’ etc.) and ensuring they are reassigned or rescheduled;
  • Spotting fraud/suspicious jobs;
  • Ensuring job fulfilment (when they have not picked up);
  • Recording problematic jobs in the Jobs Tracker for weekly / monthly analytics.

Full-Time Copywriting Guru

Responsible for generating content for online and offline use based on the clients’ needs. To work with the design team on campaigns for clients to generate copy for multiple purposes and for publication in various geographical locations. Be the centre of excellence within the team for advice and guidance and to have overall signoff for any copy going out on behalf of clients.

 

What we need you to do…

  • Discussing the clients’ core message and target audience;
  • Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team;
  • Writing and presenting options for client selection;
  • Modifying content until the client is satisfied;
  • Be highly imaginative and creative;
  • Have excellent written and interpersonal skills;
  • Work well within a team;
  • Have an eye for detail and work well under pressure;
  • Be the final sign off for any copy that is to be published for clients;
  • Be willing to learn and grow with advances in digital marketing approaches;
  • Familiarise themselves with the product, target audience, and competitor activities in the market;
  • Brainstorming ideas and concepts for the visuals and words with other members of the creative team;
  • Work with the creative team on storyboard ideas for clients before approval;
  • Modify content until the client is satisfied;
  • Optimizing client website for increased SEO value and search engine ranking.
