Love the Customer allows you to see that customer service is important no matter what methods customers use.

 

Through exercises and role play, delegates get to experience and discuss alternative methods for dealing with customers effectively. Discussing the up to date contact methods, we look at why they are used and the pro’s and cons of each.

 

Learning outcomes

 

  • Understanding that listening is vital to have a great impact on the customer and the business
  • Using the right words in a positive way to get the customers to buy in to what is being said
  • The tools used may vary but the business voice needs to be heard clearly- no matter what method of communication used
  • Understand that having control of the conversation at all times is important to be able to inform directly and to provide the best service possible
