Love the customer allows you to see that customer service is important no matter what method customers use.

 

Through exercises and role play delegates get to experience and discuss alternative methods to dealing with customers effectively. Discussing the up to date contact methods we look at why they are used and also the pro’s and cons.

  • Understanding that listening is vital to have a great impact on the customer and the business.
  • Using the right words is a positive way to get the customers buy in to what is being said.
  • The tools used may vary but the business voice needs to be heard clearly no matter what method of communication used.
  • Understand that having control of the conversation at all times is important to be able to inform direct and provide the best service possible.
