Coaching is delivered during confidential and frequent sessions. Together we’ll work to harness your strengths and achieve your goal. Our approach is based around the GROW Model:

  • Goal: Everyone needs something to strive for. We’ll learn what your long-term goals are, or what they should be.
  • Reality: We balance your goals and expectations against the reality of the situation. It’s great to have high aspirations, but many people fail to understand the real physical barriers (and opportunities) in their way. By not addressing these realities, we often set ourselves up for failure and disappointment; so it’s productive to acknowledge them early on.
  • Options: We begin exploring the different avenues to success. Does your goal require further training? What are the different steps you can take? Are their options you hadn’t considered yet? What’s holding you back?

Kelly: A true renaissance man, Kelly has worked with everyone from start-ups to international financial institutions. After going back to university as a mature student he qualified as a psychotherapist and then as a Master of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Before moving permanently to Malta in 2014, he held a senior role responsible for multiple locations and over 400 staff in the health sector. In order to give you the chance to review recent events and plan strategy, coaching is often an ongoing relationship. However, sessions can be as regular, or as infrequent, as needed. For C-Level and anyone else working with an executive coach, there may be a specific issue that needs to be resolved. This can take a pre-determined number of sessions to address and develop.
