Selling Effectively Through Communication is a course that can be split over two 4 hour sessions or run as a full day’s training and is suitable for new and existing sales staff.
Using role plays, discussion and interactive sessions we explore tips and effective processes in relation to sales and selling effectively. Knowledge of what you and your competitors are selling are key and we look at how to communicate positively with customers new and old.
