The Importance Of Providing Feedback

Part of being an effective leader means offering feedback to your team. It’s easy to forget to give praise when an employee deserves it and often uncomfortable to confront employees who need improvement.

Employees may not feel valued and may not be getting the right tools to progress, resulting in poor productivity and harming workplace relationships.

we don't like to brag, but

we're changing the game

I felt that it was very beneficial for me as this is my first time in a 'Head Of' position. The course provided great insight on how to give constructive feedback to the team members. The exercises we had also helped with uncomfortable conversations that we might have with the team and was a good way for us to practice.

GlitnorHead of Account Management, 2022

I was hoping to learn different ways to provide feedback to my agents, in particularly those who find it hard to accept that they have any areas in which they need to work on. It was great to get a different outlook on feedback in general and how to approach it in different scenarios. It was really fun and inspiring, thank you. Would recommend.

LeoVegasCS Team Leader, 2023

This course was super helpful and really easy to get a grasp and have an understanding of what is being said. MadeYou supported me by providing information I can apply back to the business, as they used our personal roles as examples. I really enjoyed the interactions we had during the course, and that it wasn't just us listening to the trainers.
